Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before accessing or using the verinox platform and any associated services available at verinox.online. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set out in this agreement. 1. Definitions

5. Intellectual Property

The service and all content contained therein, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, audio-visual materials, and interactive features, are the exclusive property of verinox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved.
5.2 Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding the service, you grant verinox a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, incorporate, and exploit such feedback in any manner without any obligation to you.
5.3 Third-Party Content

6. Social Casino Features and Virtual Items
6.1 No Real Money

verinox does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The service is intended as a demonstration and testing environment and may not always reflect the final or full functionality of any associated product.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, verinox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
8.4 Cap on Liability
In no event shall verinox's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this agreement or the service exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless verinox and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this agreement, your use of the service, your user-generated content, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

verinox reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this agreement at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any modification, you must discontinue your use of the service.
12. Modifications to the Service
verinox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or any part thereof, at any time with or without notice. verinox shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by verinox
verinox may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately and without prior notice or liability for any reason, including if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
13.2 Termination by You
You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of the service and, where applicable, deleting your account. You may request account deletion by contacting us at help@verinox.online.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of this agreement for any reason, all licenses granted to you will immediately terminate. Provisions of this agreement that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, indemnification, and limitation of liability, shall survive.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless prohibited by applicable law.
15. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
16. Entire Agreement
This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by verinox on the service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and verinox with respect to your use of the service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
17. Waiver
The failure of verinox to enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
